SR-Acid^TM

Sludge removal acid (SR-Acid) is a low-cost, Class One stimulation package composed of a strong mineral acid base combined with specialized solvents and surfactants. The SR-acid package will handle severe conditions up to 20,000 ppm iron without any form of modification. This translates into an immediate savings on time and acid volume required for normal acid stimulation procedures that previously required any type of tubing pickle or pre-treatment.

SR-Acid can be used to stimulate oil and gas production by removing or bypassing all forms of drilling damage including muds, filtrates and cuttings. Asphaltenic sludge, scale (injection and producing wells) and emulsions can also be alleviated with SR-Acid.
