WCA-1^TM

Trican’s WCA-1  is a selective permeability modifier that can be used as a stand-alone treatment or can be added directly to the pad in a fracture treatment. It is designed to reduce brine water flow in the formation without affecting oil or gas production. This Water Control additive effectively combats high water-oil ratios, fingering, coning and early breakthrough during flooding programs, and works over a wide temperature range (15°C/60°F – 120°C/250°F).
